Rules
Managers application and background check
authorization deadline is August 11th. Managers selection will be done
this day based on the number of players regisered and a rating criteria.
Each manager may hand select up to 6 players to be frozen on their team, the
remaining players for the team will be drafted in the usual manner. Hand
selected players must have their registration form completed, registration paid,
and listed on the managers roster on or before July 28th. Frozen players are
limited to 4 all-stars from the 2010 season, with limits of 2 rated pitcher from
2010 spring/all-stars (1 from current division and 1 moving up from lower
division).
Any hand selected player, or player to be drafted that has participated in
all-stars 2010, must register in the division she will play in for the spring
2011 season.
